The Big Sky Spectaculaire starts and finishes in Bozeman, located in southwest Montana. It is a single stage, self-supported competitive adventure bicycle ride around Southwest and Central Montana. The 2022 edition is 891+/- miles in length on primarily asphalt with approximately 377 miles of gravel over 16 segments. Parts of the route are the Adventure Cycling Association (ACA) TransAm and Lewis and Clark Bike Routes. The route crosses the Continental Divide twice, at Gibbons Pass (elev. 6941) and Rogers Pass (elev. 5610). Between these passes and throughout the route are numerous scenic valleys and other passes in SW MT.
